一、好的特点及成绩
一)思想方面，随着自己的兵龄增长，自己也日渐成熟，从刚入伍的懵懵懂懂的新兵，到老兵、士官，这段过程锻炼了我，遇到挫折、批评，不在自暴自弃、怨天尤人，而是学会了正确面对、虚心接受;遇到麻烦、问题时，不在是打电话向家人诉苦，而是自己想办法解决或上班组织，以积极向上的态度理智去处理，都说思想是行动的先导，行为的指南，只有所思所想，才会用心去做。在这一年里，在思想上能够高度统一到中队党支部，不管组织怎样安排，我都能按照中队的指示要求去做。
