(一)推行平等协商、集体合同制度。
维护职工合法权益。推行平等协商、集体合同制度是工会工作的“牛鼻子”。为了抓好这项工作，我们加强了培训工作，对职工进行《劳动法》及集体合同等方面知识的培训，到企业开展面对面指导，推行集体合同制度，确保不发生重大劳动争议和拖欠工资现象，从而使职工的劳动报酬、工作时间、安全卫生得到较好的实现，企业劳动关系较稳定，企业和职工利益实现了双赢。
(二)积极探索职工民主管理新路子。
今年我们在一些企业和单位的民主管理方面作了有益的尝试，并取得了较好的效果。上半年在卫生院开展了“我为单位发展献一计”金点子活动，一些创新点子、建议被采纳后促进了单位工作的开展。职工有什么建议、有什么意见，有什么困难，都可以向工会倾诉。同时还设立了“公开栏”、“意见箱”，此举收到了很好的效果，部分员工的建议和困难得到了采纳和解决。
(三)以送温暖为载体，为困难职工办实事。送温暖活动是工会心系职工，帮助困难职工的有效途径，也是工会增强凝聚力的重要措施。每逢节日，我们都积极筹措资金进行慰问。20xx年我们在节日走访慰问特困职工和离退休职工，为他们送去了组织的温暖，体现了组织对他们的关怀。
三、抓“载体”，增强工会活力
(一)以劳动竞赛为载体，调动职工积极性。
各单位工会组织根据单位自身的特点，开展形式多样，各具特色的职工经济技术创新活动，并取得了一定的效果。
(二)开展文娱活动，丰富职工文化生活。
为加强职工的思想政治和科技文化教育，提高职工整体素质。多年来，由工会牵头，基层工会和广大职工积极参与，举办一系列文体活动，壮大工会的声势。每年“五一”和“十一”节日，工会都要举办文体活动，展现工人阶级的精神风貌，今年我们举办庆“五一”、职工篮球赛和乒乓球赛，十一期间在中学举办了教师风采文艺演出。通过举办职工文体活动，丰富了职工的文化生活，并发现和培养了一批文艺、体育骨干，创作了一批文艺精品。
(三)组织旅游考察，增长职工见闻。
为增强职工的见闻，学习外地先进单位经验，我工会于11月份组织了干部职工出外考察旅游，一方面活动了身心，另一方面通过旅游考察，很多干部职工学习到了一些先进经验，获益良多。
在肯定成绩的同时，我们也认识到自身工作存在的一些不足：一是工会相关档案资料尚不齐全规范;二是新会员发展覆盖面不够广;三是对外劳务输出的数量还不够;四是工会活动内容还很单一，要向以提高劳动技能职业技能为主要内容的工会活动方面拓展和研究;五是活动经费还不充足;六是围绕全经济建设这个中心开展工作和活动，力度还不够，需要我们进一步加强。

虽然已有4年时间没有教小班了，对小班幼儿的年龄特点，课程渗透都不及别的教师，但既然接手了这个班，我想我有职责把这个班级管理好，服务好。每个学期初，每年新生入园，解决幼儿的分离焦虑是教师的重要工作。为了使幼儿尽快熟悉幼儿园，喜欢上幼儿园，我在历年经验的基础上不断进行探索与实践，在深入了解幼儿的心理特点及家庭状况的基础上，尝试采取幼儿园教育趋于家庭化的方法，收到了良好的效果。

3、要注意常规设立目标的循序渐进。常规培养不能只追求即时效果，如培养幼儿穿脱折叠衣服的常规培养我实施的"序"是这样的。小班上学期的培养目标是：认识本身的衣服和正反，会脱衣服，明白放在固定的地方。小班下学期的培养目标是：在教师帮忙下会穿脱衣服，初步学会扣纽扣，初步有放整齐的意识。小班幼儿的生活常规的培养我们提出的要求也是这样的，小班上学期的前半学期：以适应、熟悉为主;后半学期：以初步遵守为主。小班下学期的前半学期：以巩固、提高为主;后半学期：以乐意遵守为主。
4、采取儿歌等艺术形式培养良好的常规。在培养和训练孩子们正确洗手环节中，孩子们不是把先后顺序弄错，就是细节达不到要求。我和孩子们一齐编了洗手歌："吃饭之前要洗手，轻轻拧开水龙头。先把小手打打湿，再用肥皂搓搓手。搓手心，搓手背，甩甩小手真干净。"这样既可让孩子熟练地掌握要领又可把握动作的先后顺序。
5、不要吝啬表扬和鼓励。我很注重情感教育，经常与孩子谈"爱"，我们把"爱"融进一天活动当中，如吃饭好、睡觉好、来园不哭、有礼貌的孩子，教师经常会说："宝贝，真乖，教师爱你)我还注意捕捉幼儿在园一点点的提高，及时在孩子的父母面前表扬他，亲亲他的小脸或摸摸他的头以表示鼓励或奖励小贴贴。
