个学期的研究性学习在我们的欢笑与回味中结束了，在这段时间里，我们碰到了很多在课堂上所学不到，见不到，感受不到的新鲜事物。通过这项调查研究，我们获得了一次亲身体验和参与的机会。
在讨论会上我们都有不同的意见，也曾经因意见不同而争论，但最后，我们也能够得到满足的结论。回想当中的一段段小插曲，其中滋味无法逐一道来，但我们很开心，这对于我们来说，这是一种难忘的经验。在这次课题研究性学习中，我与同学们一齐对中学生追星题目进行了深进调查。
在这期间，我不仅对此次课题有了一定的了解和熟悉，也从中得到了感悟。每当我们四处奔波，对中学生们发放调查问卷时，每当我们走街穿巷，对人们进行口头问答时，每当我们为一些题目各抒己见时，我都会在一旁积极参与大家，尽自己的责任。固然还有所欠缺，但我相信，通过这次研究性学习后，我的知识丰富和组织能力将会有一定的进步!在研究的一年时间里，我们经常因某些题目困惑不解，但是团结在一起的我们终于战胜了重重困难，在满布荆棘的道路上，用我们辛勤的汗水和双手开辟了一条通往成功的道路。

回顾这一年的工作，是我从教以来最忙碌、最辛苦的一年，当中有成绩，也有失误，有经验，也有教训。下面就将一年工作作如下总结。
一、政治思想方面
一年来，积极参加政治学习，关心国家大事，遵守国家法律、教育行政法规和学校制定各项规章制度。尊重领导，服从分配，团结同事，严于律已，宽以待人，实事求是。热爱学生，关心学生，用爱心滋润学生心田，真正做到为人师表，教书育人。
二、教学业务方面
在教学中我注重教学常规的落实，切实向课堂要质量、要效益。上半年圆满完成毕业班语文教学工作。课前在认真分析教材和学生的基础上写出优质教案，并在教案中突出教法和学法指导，讲课时能根据学生反馈情况及时调整教学。我还结合学生的不同情况做好个别辅导，班级人数为年级之首，几个孩子基础差，学习积极性不高，我总是坚持每天给他们补差，做好后进生的转化工作。由于没有毕业班的教学工作经验，所以积极向同组老师学习请教。在最后的毕业调研当中，两三个“老大难”的孩子大大超越了及格分数线，合格率达100%，优秀率为89.4%。
下半年又接手一年级的教学工作，一年级的孩子最重要的是学习习惯的培养。从一个半月教学拼音，到现在的识字教学，我重点抓好学生听课、书写、朗读、课外阅读等各方面的习惯，平时做好与家长的交流与沟通，努力使每一个孩子都能有一个良好的开端，都能养成良好的学习习惯，为以后的学习打下坚实的基础。
