二、乙方责任义务：
1、遵守法律和国家外贸、外汇、海关方面的政策。

应当能达到防压坏、防潮的基本要求，或符合甲方提出的其他要求。
第五条、装运通知
卖方在装货结束后应立即用函电将合同号码、货物名称、数量、发票价格、毛重、船名和船期通知买方。由于卖方未能及时通知造成买方不能及时买保险，则一切损失均由卖方负责。
第六条、付款条件
风险提示：
应就对账方式、确认形式，以及付款时间、开具发票等事项进行约定，以防双方在实际履行过程产生分歧，甚至诉讼纠纷。
作为供方，应特别注意在销售合同中对需方货款支付时间、金额(应明确是否为含税价)进行明确约定。建议在合同中约定要求需方支付一定金额预付款或定金(不能超过合同总金额的20%)，供方才予以发货，或者在合同中约定供方收到需方支付的货款全款后发货。
买方在收到卖方关于预计装船日期及准备装船的数量的通知后，应于装运前_______天通过________银行开立以卖方为受益人的不可撤消的信用证。该信用证凭即期汇款票及本合同规定的单据在开证行付款。
