　　我的性格是沉着冷静类型的，做事耐心，而且具有团队精神，个人十分推崇的的一句话是“细节决定成败”。之所以读研究生，主要基于以下三点原因，一是对管理学的浓厚兴趣，希望能够做一些更深入的研究;一是为实现咨询师的梦想，需要更深层次地自我发展。二是实践的需要，立志在三年研究中建立一套属于自己的全方位管理模式，用于指导中小企业(尤其是家族企业)的管理提升。
