　　我是中国地质大学的一名大一学生，我名字叫吕洋，目前在人文经管学院管理科学与工程类专业学习。来到大学，我感觉一切都充满新鲜感，尤其是来到了首都，我充分感受到了那里浓郁的当志愿者的氛围，受其影响，我觉得志愿者活动是一件对己对人都很好的事情。

　　在我的家乡，虽然人们有一些对社会做贡献的意识，但是志愿者这样的活动并没有那么浓厚的氛围，因此自我也失去了许多参加社会活动的机会，看到电视上那些充满活力的志愿者们，我梦想着有一天这样的事情会发生到我的身上。如今，梦想照进现实，应对这样的一次志愿活动的机会，我不想错过。

　　是大家走向社会的第一步。透过志愿活动，大家了解了社会，增进了自我适应社会的潜力，有助于构成自我对这个社会的观点和看法，让自我能全方位的理解这个社会和自我的人生，引发自我对今后要走的很长的一段路的思考。对于社会，大家能够用自我的绵薄之力来推进这个社会的发展，用大家的奉献让世人明白，大家对于这个社会的价值不在于索取，而是透过奉献实现自我的价值。

　　在这四年里，我在学习上比较认真，成绩也比较好，每年都能拿到学校的 奖学金，在班里也一直能保持在前五名。特别是在专业课方面，尽量做到学好用好。积极参加各种广告方面的比赛，并且获得过全国大学生广告艺术大赛江苏赛区三等奖。无论是平时的作业，还是论文，还是考试，都能认真对待，希望做到最好。如果要说这四年在学习上最大的 遗憾是什么，那就是英语，以前在高中时我的英语成绩还，但是进了大学以后，我对英语怠慢了，没有花太多的时间去学，导致现在要毕业了还没有考过六级。

　　在社会实践方面，我觉得我的经验还是蛮丰富的。200x年下半年，我在一家广告公司做实习策划的工作，尽管刚开始什么都不会，很辛苦，很累，但是当我作为一个歌迷见面会的策划者和执行者在舞台后和花儿乐队沟通的时候，当我撰写的伊奈陶瓷公司广告效果测评报告获得客户认可的时候，当我看到自己策划的奠基仪式、开业典礼成功实施的时候，当我设计的 LOGO被企业采用的时候，当我在路演现场独挡一面的时候，我是开心的。我凭着自己的努力完成了一项项任务。在广告公司的实习，让我学到了很多书本上学不到的东西，接触了各行各业的客户，同时，也在工作中对印刷业、媒体、礼仪服务机构等有了一定的了解，为以后能够很快适应工作岗位奠定了基础。

　　回顾自己大学四年的工作学习生活，感触很深，但觉的收获还是颇丰的。掌握了专业知识，培养了自己各方面的能力，这些对今后的工作都将产生重要的帮助。除此之外，也应该看到我的一些缺点，如有时候做事情比较急于求成，在工作中实际经验不足等等。但“金无足赤，人无完人”每个人都不可避免的存在他的缺点，有缺点并不可怕，关键的是如何看待自己的缺点，只有正视它的存在，通过不断的努力学习才能改正自己的缺点。今后我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，刻苦学习，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进。

　　曾担任院学生会成员、副班长等职，现任计算机系团总支组织部部长。多次组织系部、班级联欢会、春游等活动，受到老师、同学们的一致好评。思想修养上，我品质优秀，思想进步，笃守诚、信、礼、智的做人原则。

　　Now I will introduce myself briefly,I am 21 years old,born in heilongjiang province ,northeast of china,and I am curruently a senior student at Beijing University.My major is packaging engineering.and I will receive my bachelor degree after my graduation in June.In the past 4 years,I spend most of my time on study,I have passed CET4/6 with an ease. and I have acquired basic knowledge of packaging and publishing both in theory and in practice.

Compared to developed countries, unfortunately, although we have made extraordinary progress since 1978,our packaging industry are still underdeveloped, mess, unstable, the situation of employees in this field is awkward. 　　I cannot describe my character well, but I know I am optimistic and confident. sometimes I prefer to stay alone, reading, listening to music, but i am not lonely, i like to chat with my classmates, almost talk everything ,my favorite pastime is valleyball,playing cards or surfing on line. Through college life,I learn how to balance between study and entertainment. By the way, i was a actor of our amazing drama club. I had a few glorious memories on stage .They are my pride.

　　Hello! This is ! My English name is . You can call me ! Training experience I am a student just graduated from in early July. I was major in which was mainly applied in Hardware. But i am interested in software programming! So I participated in the training of Mainframe in ITMS in May. Through the learning of the basic knowledge of mainframe, which contained TSO，JCL，VSAM，COBOL，Db2 and CICS, , I mainly mastered the basic theory of Mainframe. Through the training of programming and practicing on the computer, i can do the basic mainframe application development.
