　　问题: 为什么离职?

　　好吧, 又是一个三遍的问题! 所以大家在离职后找工作的时候, 这个问题自己心里一定要有底, 基本上是逃不掉的吧.

　　我的回答就是为了职业发展的规划而离职的. 具体原因可参见第一部分"离职原因"的分析.

　　这里还有一点要提的是, 回答这个问题的时候, 面试官会可能会追问你为什么上一家公司和你的职业发展不符合, 而SAP公司为什么又会符合的我的职业规划的?

　　因为我的长久计划是想成为IT咨询师, 与之前公司的发展不一致, 所以想find the right way and get on the right bus.

　　问题三: 为什么要来SAP? 为什么不去IBM, HP等等其它做IT咨询的公司?

　　呃...我倒是想去, 可人家得也得要我才行呀!

　　呵...当然不能这么说啦. 不过这个问题我还真没想过, 顿时有点手忙脚乱了. 后面才看出来, 他给我下了个套, 坏人呢!

　　我就说SAP在ERP的IT咨询方面是世界的`老大, IT咨询非常之成熟. 与我的长远目标那真是契合的不得了呀, 当然要选SAP啦.

　　所以对我来说, SAP就是right bus啦. 只是不晓得, 对SAP来说, 我算不算right person了?!

　　他说这次招得是开发人员, 是纯技术人员, 好像和我的远大志向不太合适吧?

　　我说成为一个conslutant是一个长期的目标, 但并不妨碍我现在继续做开发, 而且还是在一个consluting公司做开发, 蛮合适的.

　　更何况就我现在的资历, 直接出去做conslutant, 没有相关的工作背景, 且没有任何的domain背景, 估计也没人会理我的.

　　所以我是做了长期的打算, 想静下心来, 从一个开发人员做起, 逐步了解公司的产品, 进而了解产品所属的domain, 从而最终迈向咨询师的道路.

　　这条路走下去可能至少需要五年或十年的时间才能入门吧, 我已经做了心理准备.

　　问题: 你知道SAP是做什么的吗? IT consluting与SAP consluting有什么区别?

　　经过了上个问题, 我的气场明显弱了许多. 感觉要坏事了.

　　果然, 我讲了对SAP的了解, 其实了解的也并不是很多. 然后我无法区分IT consluting与SAP consluting...

　　这是我整个面试以来, 唯一败下阵来的地方.

　　然后他对我说, 其实我并不了解SAP和SAP做的事情, 也不明白IT consluting与SAP consluting的区别.

　　于是, 接下来的十几分钟时, 他给我上了一课.

　　具体的内容已经无法记清了, 只记得他讲过, IT consluting与SAP consluting就是广与专的区别.

　　就像本科生与研究生的区别.

　　按他的说法, 本科生更多的是学习技能, 更多的是关注面的. 所以本科生毕业出去, 只要是同一个领域的公司, 都可以进.

　　而研究生则是更专注于某个方向,是点上的. 他们毕业出去, 可能只有找到与他们研究方向相匹配的公司, 才能够得以一施所长.

　　First of all, Id like to talk about my experience. Being an excellent English teacher is my dream. I used to work in the lion king education group as an English teacher. I was glad that I benefited a lot from it. The most important thing is that I learned a new way about how to be a good teacher: just think in the way of students, if I were the students, can I make a better understanding of what I say?
